Syrah Dinner

Most every Spring, Wendy and I head down to Ojai to do some backpacking and after a couple of days in the backcountry before we head back home we load up on all the central coast Syrahs I can’t seem to find in the Bay Area. Ojai Vineyards makes some of my favorites. Tonight we’ll also pour a rose of syrah and a more restrained French rendition of this most delectable grape.
